If Hugo intends to give KRY and GRZ the go ahead, I would expect that by now most of his close associates in the know already own the majority of both companies at the bargain prices of the past couple of days...

I doubt that the SEC reach on insider trades would extend to offshore trading accounts owned by unknown Venezuelans...
