If Chavez truly is interested in Western nations investing in Venezuela he has a funny way of showing it. I think he will gladly continue to take our money until we finally realize there is nothing for us to gain. He is aligned with China, Russia, North Korea and the Islamists and his stated goal is to destroy the econonmies of the West. Why trade with those he is working to destroy? He doesn't NEED us.
