Crystallex management rebuttal filed May 12th....plus 15 business days for Minamb to respond brings us to about June 2nd (unless I'm missing a Venezuelan hoiliday or something). If June 2nd comes and goes and still no decision...I guess we just raise ourselves from a sitting position and switch thumbs. That would be total BULLSHIT! imo
