three possible outcomes from this story....

1. hugo believes it and imprisons carrizales/ortega and anyone else who might be related to him...GOOD FOR KRY

2. hugo/carrizales sit back and laugh thier ass off at vheadline/national enquirer. NO AFFECT ON KRY

3. (extremely unlikely) vheadline actually has access to "extremely reliable" sources and the story is true.....a bloodbath ensues...3-6 months later kry is only waiting for an environmental permit from the new minister of environmental affairs.......
