I hope so NoBear. This needs to come to a resolution soon. I'm willing to buy the argument that the June 2nd deadline could be passed without it signalling "the end". I think that most people on this board are certainly anticipating a decision WELL BEFORE the expiration of the upcoming 90 business day legal rebuttal period (on or about October 6th excluding holidays). Hopefully Hugo doesn't unilaterally make up some new law that will "F" us with no legal recourse in the meantime.
