No Bear, what causes of action do you believe KRY would have success and how do you define "success" ?

I am not being confrontational, but I would be interested in hearing your view on this.

If KRY successfully pursues a legal action and obtains some form of court-ordered judgment, who is going to force Chavez to pay?

I am very familiar as to how this works here, but we certainly cannot garnish Chavez's wages, negatively attack his credit, foreclose on his house, or imprison him until he pays...

I am not throwing in the towel, but I cannot see this ending well in a legal battle. How do you think they can be successful?
