I absolutely agree 100%. I for one would not have the staying power to entertain any kind of lenghty litigation and KRY would not survive it. The only hope we have, as I see it, is Sanz and yes, Chavez to reverse our situation. I also beleive that it needs to happen sooner as opposed to later as the longer it goes without any news the worse it will be on SP erorsion. As for SP support one just needs to look at the charts to see where that is so unless we have some news the SP has the potential to slowly move lower, unless as I say, some news is presented.
