It is unlike Chavez to be quiet for very long. With the latest developements one has to wonder if he is hiding in a hole somewhere.

The situation in Venezuela is truly confusing with many explantation for our current situation. The mostly likely has been repeated many times and that is the conflict between the Mimbam and Mibam. The Russian miners quick access to permits is quicte distrubing, but then again their permit did not require the technicals anaylst or would have the potential impact of either KRY or GRZ projects. In addition, I would think that even Chavez would have some caution dealing with the Russians. Given what most anaylst have said I would agree on only one point and that we are in a confusing situation.
