Assuming that is the case...what sort of delay might that involve in terms of revised environmental\engineering studies, etc.? Would the two projects go forward "as is" (i.e. separate but 'combined') such that the existing environmental\engineering work would remain unchanged or would we have to start from scratch on a totally new environmetal\engineering plan while the gold bull roars on around us?
