Since KRY isn't mentioned in this article, I debated with myself that perhaps this is better suited to the off topic forum but it is so revealing of the inner workings of politics, business and life in Vz that I think it is useful in understanding delays in getting things done there and some of the complicated reasons for those delays. What a country!! Really interesting read, though!!!
