Question -- Does the MOA have any stipulations relating to jurisdiction in the case of a legal dispute? Specifically, if you decide to challenge the recent ruling, does the MOA restrict Kry relief within the Venezuelan judicial system, or can you also seek compensation through foreign courts? RM -- Contractual disputes between the CVG and Crystallex should be handled in Venezuela under the MOC. Investments and actions could fall under the Canada/Venezuela investment protection treaty which has broader venues.
