If this information is correct, I totally disagree that it won't have any effect in the short term. It does not matter that VHeadline may not have a large audience. It does matter what the insiders know.

The charts have been pointing at such a turn around for months now and this is the right window for it to happen.

I don't know if you have ever been sailing. On days where there is no wind and you are drifting sometimes for days or weeks, a really good experienced sailor will be able to tell you with startling accuracy when the wind will pick up. Just sit still and forget all about Vz and look at the charting over the last 4 years. Do you feel that puff of wind against your cheek? That's the breath of a monster gale formation about to blow your boat like a rocket across the water.
