vin, congrats!!! hope it is healthy, happy and questions authority...as far as kry goes, i've been back for an hour (gone since last tuesday) and have assessed the following...

kry will be issued the necessary permits to affect LC with the following stipulations....

1. regular taxes will be raised from 6% to 8%.

2. a percentage of of employees will actually be "subcontractors" previously known as "artisinal miners" and will make an extra percentage and training...

3. reforestation will take on a new meaning, and will resemble the reforestation acts of loggers of NW USA....."plant two for every one you remove"...

i know this is'nt in the press yet but my "venezuela speak" tells me this is the best "interpretation" available to the public...
