Got to agree with O&L on this one. If all this was to impose a JV on KRY, Vz would have let them build the mine and bring in the eqpt first. As it now stands, there is nothing to tie KRY to the plan. It would not be ideal but, KRY could walk, sell everything (more than enough buyers for the eqpt), their properties in Vz (which operate a a loss in any case) and rightfully expect to be compensated for the social projects and other such ameliorations already performed in contemplation of fulfillment of the LC MOA (which recent history suggests Vz will give FMV). All in all, sh value could be north of $2 without mining a single nugget from LC...

JMHO and why I have begun to load up again on this stock.
