Bottom line other then (BIG MOUTH ) ORTEGA nothing has changed.

It's another obstacle in the process. Ortega may be posturing for a political position and is try to get in the new so says RM. Sounded reasonable to me. Sanz is still in favor of project

RM stated that she has an up hill battle if she wants to get her way

Reverse presidential decree, supreme court ruling, all mining agencies. She is alone in her standing.
