They denounce obliging attitude of the Government in mining

The Mining Camera of Venezuela (Camiven) was pronounced in favor of the establishment of a National Mining Plan that leads “the activities of the authorities, it recognizes the acquired rights of the investors and allows the development of the projects of fluid and efficient way”.

Gilberto Sanchez Albornoz, president of that organism, perceives “an absence of governmental policy towards the sector that allows the authorities to act of coordinated way”. And it at the same time observes “initiatives and declarations of environmental and mining authorities without a minimum of agreement”.

It warns that signaled by the minister for the Atmosphere “has gone in opposed sense to the one to even more cause a harmonic and viable development of the mining sector and, to prevent with happened norms the development of projects that fulfilled all the mining and environmental legal norm and that was formulated in accordance with the plans of effective arrangement of the territory”.

It indicates that “the divergences between companies and workers must be solved by the competent organisms. The obliging attitude of the Government has created a perverse incentive for agitators who look for the intervention of the State in the private company”.

Camiven reiterates that “it is good moment to cause the beginning of operations of new companies, so that they can obtain benefits that allow him to generate social and economic benefits for the group.
