TORONTO — Crystallex International Corp. has been informed that its attempt to rebut a decision by a director general of Venezuela's Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources preventing the company's development of the Las Cristinas deposit has been denied.
Crystallex said Friday it will appeal to the minister and “has a number of legal avenues to pursue.”
