I really hate to rain on anybody's parade, but I view all this euphoria and positve spin with a little scepticism. First of all, this rant by Sanz seems to be a month old and if this is true, why the hell did he not come out with guns blazing to shoot down the bullshit ( or was it cowshit) Ortega discharged.
Secondly, and I would have to go back to the MOA, I am not sure what international legal avenues are open to the company.
Thirdly, I do not have a great deal of faith in the Venezuelan legal system.
Lastly, no matter where legal action is brought, it will cost tons of money and may take years to resolve with no guarantee of a positive outcome.
Two questions I will ask Richard:
1) Was there an explanation to the denial or just a NO
2) What Legal avenues will KRY pursue? ( I don't expect an answer on this one)
Regards,
Rob
