In today's Edmonton Journal an article stated Crystallex has a two week period to appeal the decision made by the Director General's Office in Ven. Of course Crystallex will appeal the outcome and move the appeal process to the next level which is Ortega's level and I'm hoping she drags her response beyond Chavez's Special Power cutoff date in July. I want this July date behind us, so Chavez then has to listen to the AN and he can't make any autocratic/rash decisions on his own. What I'm saying here is I don't trust Hugo, as much as I trust the AN group and I like our chances better of mining the property as Guiterriz and his replacement are Crystallex supporters.

So Ortega, drag your feet on this matter - take 60 days to tell us we can't go into the Imataca Forest Reserve to mine LC and cleanup the small miners pollution. Pull your head out of the sand!
