Hugo Chavez Presidential decree powers, only made for quicker adoption of his changes, after it expire and me think most likely it will be extended, nothing changes, Chavez will always get his way while he is in power, any decision he make after his decree powers expire will get done just may take a little longer, anyone that oppose him will get cut down at the knees, label traitors, ministers are made up of mostly spineless yes men and women who has place their positions and personal gains ahead of their country and people the represent, hey they democratically voted for Chavez and his lapdogs so the VN masses are getting what they want, If they don't change their way of thinking, economic policies, diversifying there dependence on oil and encouraging foreign investment, fair treatment for existing companies that have made capital investment approved by THIS administration, then Venezuela will end as a slightly richer Cuba and an investment climate parallel to Zimbabwe
