Hopefully Sanz will publicly bitch slap her when HE announces that the permit is approved. My guess, though, is that Ortega will be the one to announce any change in her policy and (sadly) the bitch slapping will be done behind closed doors....far from the prying eyes of the incompetent Venezuelan press.
