I often watch the close and see such games reasonably often -- someone tries to get a last second trade down 5-10% in under the wire for a couple of hundred shares well under the bid. The real "last trade" for me was that 76,800 block at .835 right at the close.

My brokerage shows the last trade at .83 and the most recent AH trade at .8295 @1613.
