I did get an electronic response from Richard Marshall tonight and he is being very tight lipped on the resignation of GT. "Sorry nothing to share beyond the release. Gordon has left to pusue personal interests." So if there is an annoucement to follow todays release there are no hits from Richard. (other then silence which may suggest more to come; is it a condition met to move the project forward? who really knows but lets hope so and not the opposite) By the way my email to Richard was penned hoping to get some response that hints of reasons for why the resignation.

Hi Richard,

Wow! I do not have to tell you that the timing is not good for the resignation of Gord Thompson. While some may see this as a good thing I see it as something very different. Please tell me it is not as a result of some new news that will be negative for the development of Las Cristinas! I cannot stomach much more...

Can you put the retail/institutional investor at ease with some comments on what has happend to trigger this resignation event. (ie. will it help our situation due to some unknown event that may have triggered a negative response brought about by Ortega as an example - may be stretching but looking for answers.)

Tell me again, why GT was hired to replace TB? (secure financing to build a mine?) Also, did we not just recently complete a PP for many multi millions and I wonder what kind of pressure is being put on KRY management for these unexpected SP results that are indeed nothing but very nasty. So, if the results are not good, and they are not, the pressure, (and not from us small retail investors) to create a resignation event must have been intense; perhaps instituational pressure. Or something else is up. I do not know, but someone does.

Tomorrow could prove to be a volitile day at least the open, but the AH action is not telling us anything to speak of. In any case when the top boss leaves there are reason and I would like to know how it will affects all of us retail investors!

"regardless of GT previous performance, the timing of this resignation suggests that either it's a reaction to a failed deal or a condition set to go ahead with a new one.
I'd expect a major and definitive announcement to follow"

My take is " a condition" and I'm confident...
