Goldfield transaction to Rusoro was approved after review, and some resistance, but any company that's buys KRY as a corporation, and leaving in as a subsidiary with everything intact, binding MOA should stand and you only have a paper transaction with new shareholders being the owner of Crystallex the operating company, I can't see any issue for Vn with that
