It seems that the same person KRY is making its appeal to is being questioned by the AN.

As an outside the box thought, maybe he would appreciate it if the AN preemptively answers the rebuttal by requiring him to reinstate KRY's permit request and process it. Or takes him/them out of the loop entirely.

That way he doesn't have to step on the toes of one of his vocal subordinates and the wife of the vice president. And he doesn't have to file or refuse to file a rebuttal in the 90 day window.

Win... win... in my eyes. Then again, I do need glasses off and on.
