With all due respect, he did initially try to avoid providing specific feedback, but the questioners keep pushing for an answer and he eventually provided informational guidelines if the worst happened, though he cautioned that he didn't want to go down that road, that they weren't a company formed to make money through litigation.
Personally, I thought the Grz CEO did a terrific job and gave a very balanced, realistic overview of the situation.
There is no way that one can absolutely guard against someone else misrepresenting an otherwise innocuous comment. The only way to do that would be to go into an informational vacuum.
