Hi Rob,

I spoke with Doug for about an hour a few weeks ago. I spoke to Richard the next day and I actually told him that in my honest opinion, Doug Belanger is happy with Gold Reserve's current predicament and ultimately would like to have this matter resolved through litigation resulting in a settlement from Venezuela. I'm not too sure he (DB) really wants to mine and process gold in Kilometro 88. I can't say that Richard agreed with me but I can certainly say he did not disagree with my comments.
