Even though Doug Ballenger (and Guiterrez) said the AN has no real power to make decisions...this can't be anything but good. Perhaps Hugo is awaiting a report from the AN in addition to the opinions of his warring ministers to make an informed final decision. Who knows. Where's my vallium?
