This part is extremely interesting. I read it as an indication that KRY will be cutting back the continued investment in the community projects underway until the permit issue is resolved. Would be nice to have this confirmed and if possibly quantified. If valid it begs the question as to what impact this will have on the cash reserves of KRY and the timeline to running out of the same.
