Yeah, the selling today is probably related to the S&P/TSX index issue.

OK, KRY does not have a concession as we know. They (we) have a contract to build and operate a mine.

Kry has worked with VZ on the envionmental issues to their satisfaction, per the contract. The Ortega issue is not strictly a Las Claritas thing, but the entire mining situation in VZ.

Given that Hecla sold to Rusoro, Sanz can now concentate on the new mining law and getting Bolivar province settled.
