O&L...of the two scenarios, I think the one you (and I) prefer (Ortega as idiot blabbermouth) is the most likely. I like to believe that Sanz is keeping his cards close to the vest until he has the details nailed down. I sincerely hope that the New Mining Law and the status of KRY is disclosed before the end of July. The alternate scenario (Hugo as a nationalizing communist dictator coddling the Russians) is a plausible possibility but less likely (imo). If this New Mining Law gets dragged out thru the November election...well...I can't even think about that.
