Good question. Since the very sight of Ortega makes grown men gag...I believe she is exempt from the "Gag" order. I thought I may have read on VHeadline that the NA is woking on a new law..."the BAG order" that will apply specifically to Ortega....for obvious reasons. Last I heard there was squabbling within the NA over whether "one bag" was enough. Many lawmakers were advocating multiple bags.
