I suppose that we can all wait a couple weeks to see if this is true.

None of the information described about the "new mining law" is anything different than what we have heard about it many times over the last few years. It is nice to think that something might come that soon, but then we knew that Chavez sent the "new mining law" back to the AN for finanlization and his powers expire soon.

Seems that how you look upon this depends if you see the glass half full or half empty. I'm a full kind of guy, works for me.
