I just read it on Sinclair's site and was about to post it with a request that someone with Richard Marshall's E-mail address forward it to him. The only reason not to forward this with a request that it be addressed by KRY management with status reports as to progress....would be if we feel that we are already defeated. Management has no excuse not to address this issue as a valid shareholder concern. After all...Jim Sinclair is no slouch. Add Jim Puplava and many other qualified experts to that list.
