Vet, that is the whole problem with JVs for the government. They are not able to adequately fund their oil projects now that they are majority owners and they certainly won't be able to fund all of their other businesses (cement, steel, aluminum), much less add more.

I really don't expect the new mining law to affect Crystallex or Gold Reserves. Hopefully, the new mining law will get done soon and this uncertainty will finally be settled.
