On the other hand, maybe this will be the opportunity for a pre-permit run-up to get us back to where we were at the end of last summer ~$3ps, and then a pop from there.

Certainly looks much more encouraging. An opportunity for Ortega to save face as well ... though I don't know why she would want to keep that ugly mug.
