YAHHHOOO, er, no, not Yahoo---YIPPEEEE!!!!

When all parties in a negotiating situation really want a deal, it will happen. That's were we are now, so it's just how long to get it done.

Fung really wanted something to say tomorrow to avoid getting tomatoes thrown at him, now he's got it. Roses will be in the air.
