Unfortunately the post permit price will likely be considerably lower than if it had been issued a year ago - even with the permit we will be punished for the political uncertainty on a go-forward basis. My hunch is that we will see a range of between $6.00 to $7.00 and quite soon as I believe that the negotiations will be swift.
