You logic is sound but you have to allow for the future country/political risk factor which I estimate to result in a 30% to 40% discount from market. I have had a sizeable holding of this stock since 1998 and those who have lived through the entire saga as I have would most will likely agree with my assessment. Target Price $6.00 to $8.00. I'd love to see double digits but I really doubt it.
