I agree that the new mining law probably won't be finally passed until late summer/early fall, but with the "rush" put on LC I expect the permit before the new mining law, which is the basis of my initial comment.

Crystallex should not be affected by it from all I've seen -- everyone seems to keep stressing that CVG is the concession holder, and as part of the government that's okay. We're just contracted to do the mining of their concession.

I have no clue how this will play out for GRZ since they do have a concession, but I would think they might be grandfathered in to avoid even more delays.
