I'm not disputing that VZ government is corrupt but show me a government that isn't on the take. Here in Canada both the Consevatives and Liberals have had turns taking bribes and mis using government funds. The USA is no different.

Hugo wants this mine to go ahead asap and wants it done without his special decree powers. Will he change the tax structure after the fact who knows. I'm sure it can't be much different from the Alberta governments windfall tax or what is happening in Newfie land.
