Great comment and that's why we will probably get the final permit before the draft mining law is released on or near July 25. Sanz said the draft mining law would be released in 20 days from June 27.

"Yes that's included in the law, but we're still studying it," Sanz said when asked about the joint-venture provision. The minister noted that congress should receive the new law draft from the presidency within the next 20 days."
