Gold vision, the final step to my understanding is for MimAmb to issue the permit. We all know from the AGM that Hugo (government) told MimAmb to get this project moving and the only way to do that is to issue the permit.

The stipulations put on KRY to recieve the permit were face saving measures even though they will cost KRY some money. By working with MimAmb ahead of the submission is like asking a teacher what will be on an exam and how they would answer the question.

When the new submission is on Merly's desk rest assured it will be approved! I'm sure we'll see a PR from MimAmb stating they have reached an agreement on LC with KRY agreeing to all MimAmb demands.

Our whole saga will be come to a happy conclusion by the end of July if not sooner IMHO. I'm betting on a big open on July 14th.
