I respectfully disagree. Refusing to respond would change the dynamics of the project. That would warrant a Press Release.

Also, issuing a PR per se. will not do anything to the PPS, unless it announces a material change, good or bad.

A PR , saying they have responded to MinAmb is nonsense. Of course they have responded, if not completely, then at least in part.

Don't get me wrong. I would like to be kept better informed about the status of these proceedings, but I don't blame Management for playing it close to their vest. It is very easy to make a faux pas. Remember GT comments about Ortega? That came back to bite us in the rear, I believe.
