GIL you are correct on both counts. When talking with Rm he has many times indicated that KRY has and outstanding relationship with all agencies of the VZ Gov. and the local gov as well as the people in the township. Partner of choice sounds good but means nothing. ( Name one thing they have done for the people in the last YEAR ).
