Yes! but the point is that we now know the working structure of a JV. We know that open pit is no longer an issue. We know that "partner of choice" is a boilerplate coinage that has no special significance. That is what we know!!!

This therefore means that Vz has to grant the permits, or go to international arbitration because all the reasons Vz gave KRY/GRZ are basically invalid in light of the Rusoro announcement. That is what we know!
