In gazette amendments to the decree creating presidential commission plans for the Great Caracas

Caracas, July 10. ABN .- The decree by the President of the Republic through which gives the partial reform of the decree creating the Presidential Commission on Plans and Special Projects for the Greater Caracas is published in Official Gazette.
This is the gazette number 38969, dated Wednesday July 9, 2008.
According to the amendments, Article 2, which indicate the members to form the Presidential Commission Plans and Special Projects for the Greater Caracas, said now to be citizens: Francisco Sesto, Haim El Troudi, Isidro Ubaldo Rondon, Yubiri Ortega of Carrizales, Hector Soto Castellanos, Erika FarÃas and Jesse Chacon.
Article 3 of that decree was amended as follows: The committee will have an Executive Secretariat, under the Ministry of People's Power for Housing and Habitat, whose owner is determined by the holder of this office.
While Article 4 of the decree creating the Presidential Commission on Plans and Special Projects for the Greater Caracas is amended as follows:
The commission will have its technical support in a Presidential Office of Special Projects for Caracas, which depend administratively referred to the ministry and which will be responsible for drawing up the plans and projects, determined by the commission, which will be put both in his preliminary studies as in their levels of the project, for approval by the President of the Republic.
Article 7 was also changed: The commission expenses incurred will be borne by the ministry said, according to financial and budgetary forecasts.
