Good question CJR they are never specific when mentioning transnationals and always group everyone together with that phrase. The biggest thing is that the articles are primarily talking about "Illegal Exploitation" so I guess the question is are they considering a valid "legal" company processing gold illegal exploitation? You wouldn't think so.
