The big question is will Chavez make the announcement or will it come through normal channels. Hugo is in Russia from July 22-27 so the beginning of August could be right on.

I believe that we will get the permit and it will be announced by MimAmb not Chavez. I also believe that the new mining law will be published in the Gaceta before Chavez is back from Russia.

I believe that once the permit is announced we will see Hugo will make a big deal out of putting the miners to work, saving the enviornment and how multinational companies can work side by side with CVG and VZ in general.
