ok im confused....is this the "amended revisions" that merly asked for? does'nt sound like it.....this sounds like the direct appeal to ortega.....

so whats the story with the "revisions" that were needed in such a big hurry? kry/grz hav'nt said a word (maybe the government said they cant)......
